Elizabeth Billups graduated from Marshall University, in Huntington, WV, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. Prior to joining ZMM, Ms. Billups worked in a wide variety of industries, including public accounting, retail, wholesale, construction, broadcasting, and service-oriented industries. With each new position, Ms. Billups was given increasing responsibilities. Those responsibilities included financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, taxes, auditing, working with outside auditors, treasury functions, fixed asset management, human resources, and employee benefits management.

At ZMM, Ms. Billups is responsible for their financial health, accounting and financial reporting, audits, quarterly taxes, treasury functions, and management of employee benefits.

Ms. Billups lives in St. Albans, WV with her partner, Troy.
