Washington, D.C. \u2013 <\/strong>Signal Hill Equity Partners<\/a> is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Krason<\/a>, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, ALEP, <\/strong>as President and Managing Partner <\/strong>of its Architecture and Engineering Services platform. In this role, Krason will provide strategic leadership across Signal Hill\u2019s growing portfolio in the design and engineering sector while continuing to advance innovation and client service within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This appointment recognizes Krason\u2019s proven track record of leadership at ZMM Architects + Engineers (ZMM), where he has served as an Architect, Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP), and Principal since 2003. Under his guidance, ZMM has expanded its impact across educational, civic, military, and commercial sectors, delivering projects that balance creativity, functionality, and long-term sustainability. ZMM was recently recognized as one of the fastest-growing design firms in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry in the United States and Canada. Krason\u2019s ability to foster collaboration, mentor teams, build brand recognition and equity, and champion client-focused solutions uniquely positions him to steer the platform for continued growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krason has led numerous award-winning projects and currently serves as President of the West Virginia Board of Architects and Chair of the West Virginia Foundation for Architecture. His leadership also includes roles on the City of Charleston\u2019s Planning and Historic Landmarks Commissions, immediate past-chair of the Charleston Area Alliance, and other nonprofit boards. He holds bachelor\u2019s degrees in architecture and civil engineering from The Catholic University of America and lives in Charleston, West Virginia with his wife, Sara, and their children. Krason will remain in Charleston in this new role, and a portion of his responsibilities will still be assigned to ZMM operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
