ZMM Architects & Engineers has a position available for a full-time registered Architect. The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from programming and planning, through conceptual design and construction documents, and through the construction phase to completion. The candidate should have excellent graphic/verbal/written skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit, and technical knowledge of building design, building systems, and the construction process. The candidate should also be organized, able to gather and analyze data, prioritize their work, and be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. ZMM Architects & Engineers has a position available for a full-time Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate would be a Registered Professional Engineer, have excellent communications skills, have a BS and/or MS degree in Civil Engineering, and have proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for: civil site design (layout, grading, utilities, etc.); engineering analyses, calculations and specifications; preparing design concepts; conducting site investigations and visits; authoring reports and proposals; attending meetings with clients and contractors; coordinating outside civil consultants; and using strong problem solving skills to collaborate with other employees on the project team.
