Bill Shelton has a wide range of experience as a civil engineer. His design and oversight responsibilities include site master planning and layout, roadway design, grading and earthworks, water and sewer system design, storm drainage, and stormwater management design and calculations, as well as erosion control design and calculations. Bill also assists clients in pre-design site evaluation and feasibility studies, leading our clients through the site selection process. Assisting clients in developing master plans of their facilities helps them more effectively utilize what they have now and assess their needs for the future.
Bill’s goal is to provide excellent client service, to exceed individual project needs, and to add value through creative engineering solutions.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
Bill is a proud father of four children and grandfather to three grandsons, with a heart for serving his family and his church. As a deacon, Bill enjoys serving his church family and helping others. Living on eight beautiful acres in Riner, Virginia, Bill also enjoys caring for the home and property while spending quality time with loved ones. Whether it’s supporting the church family or enjoying time with kids and grandkids, Bill finds joy in faith, family, and the simple blessings of life with a commitment to faith, stewardship, and community.
