David Gilmore brings more than 36 years of experience in land development and site civil design. David has extensive expertise in planning, design, management, and client development across public and private sector projects.

He received his BSLA from West Virginia University and an MBA from Point Park University. David is a licensed landscape architect and is the past president of the WV Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (WVASLA). He has been recognized for his work by a variety of professional organizations including WVASLA and the American Institute of Architects - WV Chapter (AIA WV), has published articles and case studies, and has been a guest lecturer at his alma mater (WVU) and other professional conferences and events.
