We are honored to collaborate with the Boone County Commission on the design of the new 911 Center for Boone County. An article related to the project from a Coal Valley News is below.

MADISON — At the Tuesday, Oct. 7 meeting, the Boone County Commission approved an agreement with ZMM Architects to provide design services for a new 911 Center for the Boone County Emergency Management Agency for $348,245 in previously earmarked American Rescue Plan funds and had Jacob Messer sign it as the commission president.
“This is a step closer,” Messer said. “That’s what me and Mr. (Commissioner Brett) Kuhn, Mr. (Commissioner Jeff) Petry, and Mr. (Boone County Emergency Management Agency Executive Director Michael) Mayhorn have been saying throughout this whole process. I think Mr. Mayhorn and Mr. Petry may have been the first ones to say that, but it is what it is. We are another step closer to achieving this goal.”
Messer said it is a mutual goal of the commission and the emergency management agency and that it’s a much-needed institution or facility that they get a new 911 center.
