That excerpt from the Charleston Gazette Mail article is below.

TC Energy

The four-story, 120,000-square-foot office building in downtown Charleston will house about 450 employees who currently work in the former Columbia Gas building almost directly across the Kanawha River from the new structure.

It’s located between Kanawha Boulevard and Virginia Street at Clendenin Street and is being built on the site of the former CASCI and Sears, Roebuck and Co. building, which was demolished in June 2024.

TC Energy is a Calgary, Canada-based natural gas transmission company. The $60M project by Canadian-based Remington Corp., is expected to be completed by November 2026.
