Collaborating closely with developer Remington Charleston Corporation, ZMM helped refine the initial concept into a modern, functional design tailored to the needs of a dynamic workforce. The building represents one of the few large-scale commercial office developments currently underway in the region and highlights Charleston’s unique momentum and potential.
