Nathaniel (Nate) Spencer has been a member of the ZMM team since 2003, when he started as an intern and became a full-time employee after graduation. He has extensive experience in all phases of design in a wide range of building types including military, educational, office, justice, and residential.
Nate is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the design team in preparing thorough and clear design documents. In addition to production, he is also experienced in 3D BIM modeling.
He has worked on several award-winning projects including the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center, JITEC, Mountain Valley Elementary School, and the Logan-Mingo Readiness Center.
He received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Tennessee in 2007, is licensed in West Virginia, and is a member of the WV Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Nate was born and raised in Point Pleasant, WV and currently resides in Scott Depot with his wife, Mandi, and their two children, Nicholas and Layla.
