On September 18, 2024, members of the ZMM team joined Remington Development Corporation, TC Energy, BBL Carlton, and community leaders to break ground on a new state-of-the-art office facility that will bring 450 TC Energy employees downtown. We are excited about this legacy project and the opportunities it provides for the city and state.
